How it Works:

From July 3rd to the 25th, you’ll be racing against your fellow poker players through the 21 stages of our Tour de Poker:

To complete each stage a player must earn 1,000 VIP points by playing at any real money ring game table or tournament. The faster you earn, the faster you’ll progress through each stage. The faster you make it through each stage the more cash you’ll be eligible to win.

To view your current progress in the Tour de Poker click on the ‘Player Admin‘ button on the lobby screen and select ‘Tour de Poker’ to view your stats. To participate in this promotion you’ll need to click the ‘JOIN THE RACE’ button found
on the Tour de Poker page in your PLAYER ADMIN.

What can I win?

1. Over $35,000 in cash prizes to the Top 50 finishers

The Tour de Poker is made up of 21 stages. Each stage will require you to earn 1,000 VIP points to complete it. Be one of the first 50 players to complete all 21 stages of the race and you’ll receive an instant cash prize as follows:

2. The $20,000 Tour de Poker final

On Saturday, July 31st at 15:00 (poker lobby time) we’ll be hosting the $20,000 Tour de Poker freeroll final. Featuring a $20,000 prize pool, you must complete at least 1 stage of the race in order to be eligible to play.

Here’s the catch! For every stage that you complete in the Tour de Poker you’ll receive 500 tournament chips towards your starting stack. Complete 1 stage and you’ll begin the tournament with just 500 chips. Finish 10 stages and you’ll receive 5,000 chips. Complete all 21 stages of the Tour de Poker and you’ll start the tournament with 10,500 in starting chips.

3. Weekly $5,000 Freeroll

Set aside your Sunday’s this July for our special $5,000 Tour de Poker freerolls. Only players that have earned 1,000 VIP points the week prior to each free tournament will be eligible to participate. Each tournament will feature a $5,000 prize pool at will start at 13:00 (poker lobby time). Here are the tournament details:

Tournament 1: Sunday, July 11th at 13:00 poker lobby time.
Eligibility:Player must have earned 1,000 points between Saturday 3rd July 00:01 and Saturday 10th July 23:59

Tournament 2: Sunday, July 18th at 13:00 poker lobby time.
Eligibility: Player must have earned 1,000 points between Saturday 10th July 00: 01 and Saturday 17th July 23:59

Tournament 3: Sunday, July 25th at 13:00 poker lobby time.
Eligibility: Player must have earned 1,000 points between Saturday 17th July 00: 01 and Saturday 24th July 23:59

As a member of PlayersonlyVIP Poker, herein "the Promotion", you are bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

The ‘Tour de Poker’ promotion will run from Saturday, July 3rd until Sunday, August 1st (inclusive), 2010. At 23:59 (poker lobby time) on Sunday, July 25th the Tour de Poker VIP points counter will cease recording VIP Points and any earned after this time will NOT count towards prize requirements.
In order to be eligible to receive cash prizes, a player must have made a minimum of at least one deposit between a player's joining date and up to Sunday, August 1st (inclusive), 2010.
All Tour de Poker cash prizes will be paid in full directly to a player's poker account, without any further play through requirements. Any cash prizes will be available for withdrawal after 7 days of being issued to your account, but can be played with at the tables immediately.
Please allow up to 30 minutes from when an individual prize level is completed, until payment is received.
Any form of cheating or collusion will not be tolerated. Please stay within the spirit of this promotion and do not play a friend over and over again. We will be checking all game histories and if it looks like something fishy is going on against the spirit of the competition you will become ineligible for the prize and may have your account closed.
Any VIP points earned on sidegames during the promotional period will NOT count towards prize requirements for the Tour de Poker.
PlayersonlyVIP Poker reserves the right to alter, modify or terminate the Promotion and/or these Terms at any time, without giving you any prior notice (written or verbal) where it is reasonable to do so or for reasons beyond the Promoter's control. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility or liability for any late or undelivered entries or registrations, notifications or communications or for any form of technical failure, error, malfunction or difficultly or for any other event beyond its reasonable control that may cause the operation of the Promotion to be disrupted, unavailable or incorrect.
In order to be eligible a player must setup a real money account, which includes his full contact details, so that we can pay any winnings to his account should he win.
Offer only open to players that are of the legal age of majority as determined by the laws of the country where you live. Employees and immediate family members of employees of PlayersonlyVIP Poker, its associated companies, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to take part in the Promotion. Entry to the Promotion is limited to those people who are resident in countries where their registration and use of the Cardroom is permitted by the law of their country.
The company reserves the right to ask for proof of age from any customer and customer accounts may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided.
By downloading the software and registering an account, a customer is deemed to have fully accepted and understood all rules, terms and conditions published by this website.
